Address fields blacked out, app does not have predictable flow!

Why cant Fairmont staff see how other apps work so as to see how to set selection fields and expected progression of options to make app use flow like most other apps.

This app is so awkward it is a hassle to use.

When trying to complete a res, some address fields are covered up with black and you have no idea what the field is for or what is currently placed in them!!!!

If their staff had iPhones to test their product, theyd have seen this problem and corrected it already!!!
