Worst hotel app

We only stay at fairmont hotels around the world and love the properties but this app is just horrible. I own a web development company and very surprise Fairmont would release such a app. You have usability and performance issues. I tried to use it today and it tells me to update the app but there is no update available???? Are you kidding me?

If I my developers built this crap they would be all fired!!!
