Finally... Excellent app... Plus its free! Fairmont all the way

This app shows incorrect locations for some of the Canadian hotels on the landscape map. Makes me wonder if the other locations are correct.

Used the app while staying at the pacific rim vancouver. Love the design! App does everything in the description.

It doesnt recognize their membership login details, login on web is accurate. Cant use this mobile app.

Please fix ability to log in with fairmont presidents club membership. Does not work!

Expected more from Fairmont. App looks pretty but has little real functionality... Unless you want long lists of phone numbers - some of which cant be dialed from your device. Touted local area guidance is weak and no ability to make restaurant reservations is baffling.

Ridiculous that there is no option to be kept logged in.

Presidents Club functionality still poor (ie. Doesnt work). Took forever to enroll (insists on a "value" for State/Province field but doesnt recognize any nor does it provide any options. Once we seem to get through now it doesnt recognize the account set up. Not a very good app so far.

No retina graphics. No iPhone 5 support. No PassBook support. Also you cant stay logged into the Presidents Club portion of the app. Very frustrating. This app needs a lot of work.

This app desperately needs a functionality update. Its a bit slow, should allow you to stay logged into FPC and should get passbook integration to be useful.

I like this app it allows me to link on with all my bookings regardless of where and how they were made. It is a little slow and the home button appears to be a submit button so if you are not careful you can lose the reservation etc... You are booking - just need to be careful not to press it by mistake.

Add passbook functionality just like the Starwood resorts app

No passbook. Wont hold login info (log in every time). Graphics look like an 8 bit nintendo. Doesnt fit iPhone 5. Not very good really.

Need to log in every time you open your account, and no passbook compatibility. I also find this app very slow to load.

Wow what a poorly designed app. I accidently deleted my reservation on the view reservation page. The app is very slow, poor UI, light grey text on black??? I cant believe a high end hotel would put this out unless they think their customers have no concept of well designed apps. Fail.

This app keeps asking to upgrade to the latest version but there is none... However there must be one soon to fix this bug !

We only stay at fairmont hotels around the world and love the properties but this app is just horrible. I own a web development company and very surprise Fairmont would release such a app. You have usability and performance issues. I tried to use it today and it tells me to update the app but there is no update available???? Are you kidding me? If I my developers built this crap they would be all fired!!!
