Wow. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE app. Keeps asking to update but there arent any updates available. Im surprised the fairmont wants their name associated with this trash

Apparently there is an update to this app. I cannot find it anywhere and the app will not operate without this update? Can anyone advise?

App no longer works and tells me to update to latest version. Even after uninstalling and re-downloading it still gives me the same error message. App is not useable which is frustrating dince Im staying at a Faitmont in 4 days!!!

Agree with others - this app is very poor. I have the same problem as others. Says I need a new version to do anything but there isnt a newer version available.

Would like to see passbook integration. Very basic app, needs more cool features

The app is great, but please upgrade so it will remember ones user name and password. Its very tiring and a waste of time to repeatedly input this data upon every use. Thank you!

User unfriendly I always have to input the info twice since I click on the misplaced home icon - could be so much better, definitely not up to Fairmont standards.

Ive booked a few stays with the app and it was great. This app badly needs an update to take advantage of some iOS features that came out years ago. I would like to see it remember my login info or use Touch ID for login. Having my Presidents Club card on passbook would be handy too.

My goodness, consistent with other reviews: not worthy of Fairmont. The app flickers on and off like an old television set on the fritz. Unusable. Rating should be no star.

Why cant Fairmont staff see how other apps work so as to see how to set selection fields and expected progression of options to make app use flow like most other apps. This app is so awkward it is a hassle to use. When trying to complete a res, some address fields are covered up with black and you have no idea what the field is for or what is currently placed in them!!!! If their staff had iPhones to test their product, theyd have seen this problem and corrected it already!!!

Cant even change the date to reserve.

This app doesnt compare well to other hotel apps such as SPG and doesnt appropriately represent the Fairmont brand. The Fairmont app is very annoying to use because you have to type in your username and password everytime you open the app. It should use Apple Touch ID for login or at least remember your user id!

Fairmonts continuous failure to develop an app that consistently performs, makes me question the entire experience it offers. If they cant get this right, then .....

App not working. It is not letting me sign in. Every time I try I resets.

Not really user friendly like the Hilton or SPG. Time to re-design completely. Doesnt feel like an app, just a mobile webpage.

Update app please. For a $500 a night hotel youd think the app would remember my user name. Also no Apple wallet integration. Please get with the times.

I tried so hard to book through the app but got stuck at step 2. Painful, I finally had to call. So lame.

It repeats showing new version is available for app. But I could not find any at AppStore. I hope this issue is solved immediately.

Please make it so you dont have to enter your PW every time you go into the App!

Have to sign in every time I use the app. Username field has autocorrect enabled. Cant do anything with it, like check in. Buttons dont do what theyre labeled; "Book activities" goes to reservation details.
